Return and Refund Policy – N2RC

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how returns work with us:

Returns & Exchanges

• 30-Day Window – You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most new, unused items.

• Condition – Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. If it’s been opened, used, or shows signs of wear, we generally can’t take it back, but send us a message and we will see what we can do for you.

• Exclusions – Clearance items, special orders, gift cards, and digital products are final sale.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund. (Pictures and the defective product may be requested so we can deal with our suppliers.)

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we messed up.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service—we can’t refund items we never receive.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to swap an item, just return it for a refund and place a new order for what you want.  We may be able to exchange an item ordered online at our mobile hobby shop.  Feel free to stop by the track and see if that is something that we can do.

Shipping Policy – N2RC

We do our best to get your gear out fast so you can spend less time waiting and more time wrenching, racing, or building. Here’s how shipping works with us:

Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Options

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express options at checkout (when available).

• Free shipping may be offered on promotions or for orders over a certain amount (watch for banners or promos on the site).

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• Expedited and Express options will speed things up (1–3 business days depending on carrier).

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

• Overnight shipping will still require 1–2 business days for processing, packaging, and shipping.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States (PO boxes included where carriers allow).

• At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once an order leaves our shop, it’s in the carrier’s hands. We aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll help make it right.
