Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, weather, or carrier problems, shipping may take longer than usual—but we’ll communicate if that happens.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be a flat fee of $10.99 for orders up to $99.00.  Orders over $99.00 will have free shipping.  This is automatic and displayed at checkout.  This does not apply to "Factory & Team Drivers" as their discounts can not be combined with this free shipping condition.  However, their orders will receive free shipping if their total order of discounted products exceeds $500.

 

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands, the carrier is in control—and yes, they mess up sometimes.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size, destination, and cost efficiency.

Carrier selection is automated and cannot be manually changed after checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the label is created.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (Lower 48 only at this time)

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may experience extended delivery times.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier office

  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We’ll help where we can—but we can’t replace items marked as delivered unless the carrier confirms a loss.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of the packaging and item

  3. Do not discard the packaging until we respond

We’ll make it right if the damage happened in transit.
