Refund & Return Policy

All Sales — Read This First

We want you stoked on what you ordered. That said, we’re a small brand, not Amazon, so please read this policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on new, unused, and unopened items only.

​

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be factory sealed

  • Item must not be installed, soldered, powered, fueled, painted, or modified

  • Original packaging, manuals, and accessories included

  • Proof of purchase required

​

Opened items are not eligible for return, even if they were not used.

​

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electronics (ESCs, motors, servos, receivers, gyros, batteries, chargers) once opened.  Contact us because the manufacturers warranty may still cover the item.

  • Consumables (paint, glue, tires, fuel, oils, grease, tape)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Special-order or made-to-order items

  • Installed or partially installed parts

If it plugs in, spins, heats up, or holds power — assume it’s final once opened.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error

  • Returned items must be shipped using a trackable carrier

Items lost or damaged during return shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for unopened items, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Replacement item ships after the original item is received and inspected

Defective Items (Manufacturer Warranty)

Most electronics and kits are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not ours.

If an item is defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos/video and a description of the issue

  3. We’ll help direct you to the manufacturer’s warranty or service process

We do not issue refunds for items determined to be defective after use or installation.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • Do not discard the packaging until we respond

If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Special-order items cannot be canceled once placed.
